Human HLA-B Associated Transcript 3 (BAT3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie BAT3 ELISA kit measures human HLA-B Associated Transcript 3, also known as BAG6, a multifunctional ~150 kDa nuclear and cytosolic chaperone. BAT3/BAG6 contributes to protein quality control, apoptosis regulation, and antigen presentation through the MHC class I pathway, and is studied in tumor biology, ER stress responses, and immune signaling research.

Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, standards, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution for use with tissue homogenates and cell lysates.
