HIVEP2 is a large zinc finger transcription factor of the ZAS family, also known as ZAS2, Schnurri-2 or Shn-2, that binds NF-κB–related DNA elements and modulates inflammatory, immune and developmental gene programs. Published studies have linked the protein to T-cell receptor signaling, B-cell maturation, skeletal formation, HIV-1 enhancer regulation and to neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disability. The Assay Genie Human HIVEP2 ELISA KIT applies a colorimetric immunoassay workflow to quantify HIVEP2 in human research samples, supporting laboratory work in immunology, neurobiology, virology and transcription factor research.

Supplied in a 96 Assays microplate kit format, the assay follows a standard ELISA workflow on pre-coated wells to produce a colorimetric signal that can be read on a conventional microplate reader.
