Human Histone H2B type F-S (H2BFS) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative detection of human Histone H2B type F-S (H2BFS). The colorimetric assay is validated for human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernatants, and recognizes both natural and recombinant H2BFS. For research use only.

Reported performance: detection range 0.156-10ng/mL, sensitivity 0.085ng/mL, intra-assay CV 6.3%, inter-assay CV 8.6%. Linearity (N=5) at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was 98-109%, 112-120%, 106-117% and 112-124% for serum; 107-116%, 105-115%, 109-120% and 93-102% for EDTA plasma; and 109-120%, 104-114%, 83-93% and 91-101% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 98% (range 92-104%) in serum and 100% (range 94-106%) in plasma. The target protein is UniProt P57053, located in the nucleus.
