Human Histone Deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring Histone Deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) in human research samples. HDAC4 is a Class IIa lysine deacetylase of approximately 119 kDa that shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm and regulates chromatin structure, transcription factor activity, and chromatin remodeling at target gene promoters. The kit supports research into epigenetic regulation, cardiac hypertrophy, skeletal muscle differentiation, neuronal survival pathways, and tumor biology, where HDAC4 expression and post-translational modification are commonly interrogated.

Intended for use with human tissue homogenates and other sample matrices relevant to cell and molecular biology workflows. Reagent components are supplied for a plate-based run; users prepare samples by homogenization in compatible lysis buffer, then add a small sample volume per well.
