Human Histone Acetyltransferase 1 (HAT1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human HAT1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Histone Acetyltransferase 1 (HAT1), a Type B cytoplasmic enzyme responsible for acetylating newly synthesized histone H4 at Lys5 and Lys12 during chromatin assembly.

HAT1 is widely studied in epigenetics, DNA damage response, and oncology research, where altered acetylation patterns have been linked to tumor proliferation and genomic instability. The microplate-based assay is supplied with pre-coated capture antibodies, all required reagents, and a complete standard curve for accurate interpolation of unknown samples.
