Human Histo-blood group ABO system transferase (ABO) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate detection of Histo-blood group ABO system transferase (ABO) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Histo-blood group ABO system transferase, with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.056ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Recovery has been reported at an average of 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma. The target protein is a single-pass type II membrane protein located in the Golgi apparatus Golgi stack membrane, and is fundamental to the ABO blood group system, which involves three carbohydrate antigens: A, B, and H.
