Human Histidyl-tRNA synthetase, cytoplasmic (HARS) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of Histidyl-tRNA synthetase, cytoplasmic (HARS) in human biological samples. The kit offers a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, and is intended for research use only.

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance data show an Intra CV of 6.2% and an Inter CV of 8.5%. Recovery averages 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma. Linearity at dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 (N=5) was determined as 92-100%, 118-128%, 91-103%, 96-106% for serum; 93-103%, 107-117%, 105-117%, 97-106% for EDTA plasma; and 108-118%, 102-111%, 99-112%, 87-96% for heparin plasma.
