The HIST1H1T gene encodes the testis-specific linker histone H1t, a germ-cell-enriched chromatin protein required for normal nucleosome spacing and the meiotic divisions that precede spermatid maturation in humans. This absorbance-based ELISA from Assay Genie is supplied as a complete kit containing a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, recombinant standards, and substrate, supporting quantitative measurement of endogenous H1t for research into male reproductive biology, chromatin remodelling, and infertility biomarker discovery.
