Human HIP14/ZDHHC17 ELISA Kit (HUFI03951)

The Assay Genie Human HIP14/ZDHHC17 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of ZDHHC17 (also known as HIP14), a palmitoyl acyltransferase that catalyzes S-palmitoylation of huntingtin and other neuronal substrates. Because altered HIP14 expression and reduced HTT palmitoylation have been reported in Huntington's disease brain tissue, this assay is useful for neurodegenerative biomarker research and cell signaling studies. Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate ready for a 100 µL sample volume, lyophilized standards for curve generation, and detection reagents set up for a single-use workflow. The kit is intended for research use only; reagents should be refrigerated, protected from light, and aliquoted samples tolerate freeze-thaw cycles recommended for downstream plate-based assays.
