Human High mobility group protein B3 (HMGB3) ELISA Kit

Key performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.11ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Mean spike-and-recovery values are 97% (range 91-103%) in serum and 99% (range 93-105%) in plasma.
