Human High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (FCGR1A) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate quantification of FCGR1A in human biological samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use in the field of immunology. The assay detects natural and recombinant human High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. FCGR1A is a high affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma that functions in both innate and adaptive immune responses, and its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, inflammation, and infectious diseases.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 33pg/mL. The intra-assay CV is 5.3% and the inter-assay CV is 7.9%. Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum (N=5), EDTA plasma (N=5), and heparin plasma (N=5). In serum, values spanned 97-106%, 87-97%, 102-111%, and 104-114% respectively; in EDTA plasma, 105-114%, 99-107%, 104-115%, and 106-115%; and in heparin plasma, 93-103%, 84-94%, 99-109%, and 92-104%. Average recovery was 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma.
