Human High affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor subunit alpha (FCER1A) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human High affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor subunit alpha (FCER1A) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Detection spans 31.2–2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL, supporting studies in immunology where FCER1A is recognised as a key component of the high-affinity IgE receptor.

Reported performance characteristics include an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Recovery in serum averages 100% (range 94–106%) and in plasma averages 102% (range 96–108%). Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 85–95% at a 1:2 dilution to 92–102% at 1:16, with comparable results observed in EDTA and heparin plasma matrices.
