Human HIC1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07809)

HIC1 (Hypermethylated In Cancer 1) is a zinc-finger transcriptional repressor and putative tumour suppressor mapped to chromosome 17p13.3, frequently silenced by promoter hypermethylation across many solid cancers.

This Assay Genie ELISA kit is designed to provide a quantitative in vitro immunoassay for measuring human HIC1 protein levels in research samples, supporting work in cancer epigenetics, cell-cycle regulation, and DNA damage response pathways. The kit is supplied for 96 Assays and is labelled for research use only, enabling laboratories to profile HIC1 expression in treated versus untreated cell lines, patient-derived xenografts, and matched tumour/normal tissue lysates.

Each plate uses a small sample volume run against a standard curve for protein-level detection.
