Human Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U (HNRNPU) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U (HNRNPU) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.167 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.3% (CV) and inter-assay precision is 8.1%. Spike-and-recovery averaged 96% (range 90–102%) in serum and 98% (range 92–104%) in plasma. The assay recognises natural and recombinant human HNRNPU, catalogued under UniProt Q00839.
