Hepatoma-Derived Growth Factor (HDGF) is a heparin-binding nuclear protein originally purified from the conditioned medium of the HuH-7 human hepatoma cell line. It carries a conserved HATH domain at its N-terminus and has been studied for roles in cell proliferation, transcriptional regulation, and vascular development across hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, and regenerative contexts including cardiac and renal tissue repair.

The Assay Genie Human HDGF ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunoassay tool for measuring endogenous HDGF in human-derived research samples.
