Linearity testing across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 yielded the following ranges: serum (N=5) 105-115%, 103-113%, 99-111%, 103-112%; EDTA plasma (N=5) 83-93%, 109-118%, 94-104%, 99-108%; and heparin plasma (N=5) 87-97%, 84-93%, 99-109%, 108-119%. Recovery testing showed average values of 94% (range 88-100%) for serum and 96% (range 90-102%) for plasma. The kit is intended for research use only in the area of signal transduction research.
