Human Hepatocyte growth factor-like protein (MST1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Hepatocyte growth factor-like protein (MST1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Also known by the synonyms Macrophage stimulatory protein (MSP), D3F15S2, DNF15S2, and HGFL, MST1 is a secreted dimer composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain linked by a disulfide bond, and is implicated in cell growth, survival, differentiation, tissue repair, immune response, and cancer progression.

The kit has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.063ng/mL, with specificity for natural and recombinant human Hepatocyte growth factor-like protein. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilution ratios from 1:2 to 1:16, with reported recoveries for serum (N=5) of 107-117%, 98-109%, 86-95%, and 94-106% at the respective dilutions; EDTA plasma (N=5) of 85-98%, 95-107%, 89-99%, and 83-95%; and heparin plasma (N=5) of 105-117%, 80-90%, 109-119%, and 88-98%.
