Human Hepatitis B virus X-interacting protein (HBXIP) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric assay has a detection range of 1.56-100 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.98 ng/mL. It is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Ragulator complex protein LAMTOR5.

HBXIP, also referred to as LAMTOR5, functions as part of the Ragulator complex in amino acid sensing and activation of mTORC1. It interacts with the Hepatitis B virus X protein and down-regulates HBV replication, making the kit relevant to research into HBV-related disease mechanisms and cancer.
