Manufactured by Assay Genie as part of the PharmaGenie product line, this quantitative ELISA enables precise measurement of hemoglobin concentrations across cell culture supernatant, plasma-derived material, and serum fractions. The kit supports research into anemia, erythrocyte disorders, hemorrhage, transfusion compatibility, and cardiovascular investigations by detecting both intracellular hemoglobin and free hemoglobin released during hemolysis. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, assay diluent, calibrated standards, biotinylated detection antibody, wash buffer concentrate, and tetramethylbenzidine substrate.
