Human Hemoglobin Beta ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this high-quality sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Hemoglobin Beta (HBbeta/HBB) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, using a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

The assay provides a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/ml over a working range of 1.563–100 ng/ml. Recovery was evaluated by spiking Human HBbeta into serum (average 96%, range 86–105%), EDTA plasma (average 93%, range 86–102%) and UFH plasma (average 97%, range 85–105%). Linearity was assessed by serial dilution of spiked samples in the same three matrices, and precision is reported as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%.
