Human HELT ELISA Kit (HUFI07816)

The HELT protein (HES1 Like Transmembrane Protein, also annotated HESL) is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that acts within the Notch signaling cascade and has been linked to embryonic neurogenesis and neural progenitor cell maintenance. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie supports research into HELT expression in human samples and complements in vitro work on Notch-dependent transcriptional repression.
