Human Hedgehog Homolog, Desert (DHH) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Hedgehog Homolog, Desert (DHH) ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of Desert Hedgehog, one of three mammalian Hedgehog family ligands alongside Sonic (SHH) and Indian (IHH). DHH signaling drives male germ cell development, Schwann cell myelination of peripheral nerves, and pericyte-endothelial interactions in the testis, supporting research in reproductive biology, neurobiology, and Hedgehog pathway signaling.

This complete kit is supplied in a microplate format with all buffers, detection antibody, and chromogenic substrate required for the standard curve. The assay accepts tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, with a typical sample volume of 100 uL per well. Intended for research use only, it is appropriate for in vitro studies of DHH expression in human cell culture models, primary tissue lysates, and conditioned media from Hedgehog-responsive lines.
