Human HEATR2 ELISA Kit (HUFI03964)

The HEATR2 protein, also known as DNAI5 and CFAP252, functions as a cytoplasmic assembly factor for outer dynein arms in motile cilia, and mutations in the HEATR2 gene on chromosome 7p22.3 are linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of HEATR2 in human samples using a microplate-based immunoassay, with all required reagents, coated assay wells, and standards supplied as a complete pack for 96 individual determinations. Reconstituted standards should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, while working aliquots should be kept frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
