Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2 (HSF2) ELISA Kit

HSF2 is a member of the heat shock factor family that binds heat shock elements in gene promoters and modulates expression of heat shock proteins and other molecular chaperones. It is implicated in developmental processes including spermatogenesis, in neuronal differentiation, and in regulatory interplay with HSF1 during cellular stress. The kit supports downstream applications such as cell-line stress response experiments, tissue-distribution surveys of HSF2 expression, and complementary work alongside PCR and western blot analyses of heat shock pathway components.
