Built around a 96-assay plate format, this research use only kit from Assay Genie delivers quantitative measurement of Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1 (HSF1), the master transcriptional regulator controlling HSP70 and HSP90 chaperone expression during proteotoxic stress.
The kit accepts tissue homogenates and cell lysates as input material, making it suitable for studies of proteostasis, cellular aging, and tumor biology where HSF1 dysregulation has been linked to cancer cell survival and chemotherapy resistance. Absorbance readings generated by the workflow interpolate against a standard curve prepared from recombinant HSF1 protein.
Each kit includes reagents sufficient for the full 96-assay plate run.
