Human Heat shock protein beta-6 (HSPB6) ELISA Kit

Designed as a sandwich ELISA for the quantification of Heat Shock Protein Beta-6 (HSPB6) in human samples, this Assay Genie kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, with precision supported by an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and inter-assay CV of 7.4%.

Linearity has been demonstrated across serum (96-117%), EDTA plasma (87-118%) and heparin plasma (92-111%) matrices at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery rates range from 80-89% for serum and 80-91% for plasma. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human HSPB6, also known as heat shock 20 kDa-like protein p20 or Hsp20.

HSPB6 is a small heat shock protein that functions as a molecular chaperone and has been implicated in cellular stress response, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. The kit is for research use only.
