Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 2 (HSPA2) ELISA Kit

Members of the HSP70 chaperone family play central roles in protein folding, cytoprotection, and the cellular response to thermal and oxidative stress. Heat Shock 70 kDa Protein 2 (HSPA2) has been studied extensively in spermatogenesis and male reproductive biology, and altered HSPA2 expression has been reported in several cancer types. Assay Genie's HSPA2 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of this protein in human research samples, supporting studies on chaperone function, fertility, and tumor biology.

The assay is supplied as a complete microplate-format kit containing all reagents required to generate a standard curve and quantify unknown samples. A colorimetric readout is produced through an enzyme-substrate reaction, and absorbance is recorded on a standard plate reader. Each kit supports up to 96 assays per plate, allowing duplicate or triplicate measurements across multiple sample wells alongside a full standard curve.

Quantitative detection of HSPA2 is performed in tissue homogenates and other biological preparations derived from human donors, supporting in vitro research workflows.
