Human HDV-IgM (Hepatitis D Virus-Immunoglobulin M) ELISA Kit (HUFI08018)

The Assay Genie hepatitis D virus IgM detection kit uses a trapping ELISA workflow in which microplate wells are pre-coated with anti-human IgM antibodies. Patient-derived IgM is captured on the plate, and HDV recombinant antigens are added in a subsequent step to reveal virus-specific IgM that appears early in acute delta hepatitis and during superinfection on chronic HBV.

Configured for 96 Assays per kit, the colorimetric readout can be measured on standard plate readers. Reagents are supplied in ready-to-use vials to streamline plate setup, washing, and incubation steps.
