Human HDGF (Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor) ELISA Kit (HUFI07820)

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody platform designed for the quantitative determination of Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor (HDGF) in human research samples. The kit has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. HDGF, also referred to by the synonyms HMG 1L2 and HMG1L2 (Uniprot P51858), is implicated in cellular growth and proliferation, tissue regeneration and development, and is of interest in research into hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignancies.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 99–104% at 1:2, 87–98% at 1:4, and 82–96% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5), 83–101%, 84–97%, and 87–97%; and for heparin plasma (n=5), 84–100%, 81–97%, and 81–99%. Spike-and-recovery values are 85–100% (average 92%) for serum, 88–103% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 89–105% (average 93%) for heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
