HCK (Hematopoietic Cell Kinase) is a 57 kDa member of the Src family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases, predominantly expressed in cells of myeloid and B-lymphocyte lineage. It transduces signals from immunoreceptors including Fc receptors, integrins, and B-cell receptors, and is implicated in phagocytosis, cytokine response, cell adhesion, and migration.

This Assay Genie colorimetric kit enables quantitative measurement of HCK protein in human research samples, supporting investigations into hematopoietic signaling, leukocyte biology, and immunological disorders.
