Human HCC-4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0664)

The Assay Genie Human HCC-4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of HCC-4, a CC-family chemokine also designated CCL16 and formerly known as LEC or LMC. HCC-4 is predominantly expressed in liver tissue and acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes and lymphocytes, supporting research into hepatic inflammation, immune cell recruitment, and chemokine signaling pathways.

Built on a sandwich immunoassay configuration with absorbance-based readout, the kit accepts cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples. A sample volume of 100 uL is loaded per well on the pre-coated microplate, with a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL. The capture antibody is human-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related CC chemokines such as CCL2 or CCL3, enabling selective measurement of HCC-4 in mixed biological samples.

Reagents are supplied for 96 determinations and should be stored refrigerated to preserve activity across the stated shelf life. Intended for research use only; not validated for clinical diagnostic applications.
