Human HCAR3 (Hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 3) ELISA KIT (HUFI05138)

This Assay Genie immunoassay targets human hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 3 (HCAR3), a G protein-coupled receptor expressed primarily on immune cells such as neutrophils, dendritic cells, and macrophages. HCAR3 is a human-specific orthologue with no functional rodent equivalent, so the antibodies in this kit demonstrate human-specific capture and no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat samples. The kit supports studies of immune signaling, inflammation, and metabolic regulation in translational research.

The kit provides reagents sufficient for one microplate run, with capture antibodies pre-coated onto the plate to minimize hands-on setup time. Each determination uses approximately 100 uL of serum or plasma sample, with all assay buffers, recombinant protein standards, and detection reagents included in the pack.
