Human HAV-IgG (hepatitis A virus-Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit (HUFI04728)

Built on an indirect biotin–streptavidin immunoassay workflow, the Assay Genie Human HAV-IgG ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of immunoglobulin G antibodies specific to the hepatitis A virus in human clinical samples. The 96 Assays microplate layout supports routine serology workflows in research laboratories assessing prior HAV infection or post-vaccination immune status.

Each kit ships with pre-coated strip wells, ready-to-use calibrators and positive controls, biotinylated anti-human IgG conjugate, streptavidin-HRP, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The recommended sample volume is 50 µL per well, with IgG concentrations quantifiable across a working range of approximately 1 to 100 IU/mL and an analytical sensitivity near 0.5 IU/mL.
