Human HAI-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0659)

Assay Genie's HAI-2 (Hepatocyte Growth Factor Activator Inhibitor Type 2, also known as SPINT2) immunoassay kit is configured as a 96-assay pack for the quantitative measurement of human HAI-2 protein in research specimens. HAI-2 is a membrane-anchored Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor that regulates HGFA, matriptase, and the HGF/MET signaling axis, and has been investigated in epithelial barrier biology, placental development, and tumor suppressor contexts including hepatocellular carcinoma research.

The kit is validated for cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, accommodating both in vitro secretion studies from cultured lines and profiling of circulating HAI-2. Reagents are supplied in vials sufficient for 96 determinations and are intended for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
