Human HABP1/Hyaluronan Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with the kit stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each) was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery ranges of 90-99% (average 94%) in serum, 94-99% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-102% (average 97%) in heparin plasma.

According to the manufacturer, HABP1 plays a critical role in binding hyaluronan, a key component of the extracellular matrix, and dysregulation of HABP1 has been linked to cancer, arthritis, and inflammation.
