Human GUCY2C/Heat-stable enterotoxin receptor ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative detection of human GUCY2C (heat-stable enterotoxin receptor) in research samples. Manufactured by Assay Genie, the assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with human serum and plasma, as well as tissue homogenates.

The microtiter plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to GUCY2C, and detection is achieved using a biotin-conjugated antibody and streptavidin-HRP, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm. The kit has a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/mL, an assay range of 0.16-10 ng/mL, and a standard concentration of 10 ng/mL. The complete assay protocol takes approximately 3.5 hours.

Performance characteristics include intra-assay precision of CV%<8% and inter-assay precision of CV%<10%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (85-105%), EDTA plasma (82-104%), and heparin plasma (87-105%) across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
