Produced by Assay Genie to support quantitative measurement of human GUCY1B3, the beta-3 subunit of soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGCβ3). sGCβ3 heterodimerizes with an alpha subunit to form the nitric oxide receptor that converts GTP into cyclic GMP, mediating vasodilation, platelet aggregation, and vascular smooth muscle tone. The assay microplate is pre-coated with capture antibody and supplied with biotinylated detector, recombinant standards, and TMB substrate. A typical run uses 20 µL of sample per well.
