GTPBP4 (GTP Binding Protein 4), also known as NOG1, is a nucleolar GTPase essential for 60S ribosomal subunit biogenesis and a regulator of the p53-Mdm2 signalling axis. The Assay Genie ELISA quantifies circulating GTPBP4 in human serum and plasma, supporting research in cancer cell proliferation, ribosomopathies, and translational control. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 individual determinations in a standard microplate layout, with a 100 uL sample volume per well. The assay shows no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat GTPBP4 homologues, enabling human-specific immunodetection.
