Human GTF2H1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04024)

The Assay Genie Human GTF2H1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of the p62 subunit of the TFIIH transcription and DNA repair complex in research samples. GTF2H1, also called p62, is a core component of TFIIH required for RNA polymerase II transcription initiation and nucleotide excision repair, making it a target of interest in studies of xeroderma pigmentosum, trichothiodystrophy, Cockayne syndrome, and broader DNA damage response research. Each kit is supplied as a complete microplate-based assay package with all buffers and reagents needed for the run, and the procedure accommodates a 100 uL sample addition per well. Reagents should be refrigerated at 4 °C; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working standards to preserve assay performance. A standard curve and full instructions are provided for calculating sample concentrations from cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and other validated sample matrices.
