The Human GSTA3/Glutathione S-transferase A3 ELISA Kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, delivering a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a standard range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Reported linearity falls between 82% and 100% in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8. Sample recovery ranges from 86% to 105% with an average of 96% across the same matrices. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and controls onto the pre-coated plate for a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, sequential binding with biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
