GSKIP (GSK3-beta interaction protein, also known as C14orf73) is an endogenous negative regulator that directly binds and inhibits GSK3-beta kinase activity, modulating Wnt/beta-catenin and NF-kB signaling cascades, neuronal polarity, and apoptosis. Aberrant GSKIP expression has been linked to bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and several cancers. This Assay Genie immunoassay employs a human-specific capture antibody to enable quantitative detection of GSKIP from human-derived samples, supporting signal-transduction studies of glycogen synthase kinase 3-beta signaling and related cellular pathways. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilized standards, and a complete buffer set for one full plate run.
