Human GSK3 alpha ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human GSK3 alpha (glycogen synthase kinase 3 alpha; UniProt P49840) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Recovery testing showed an average of 95% for serum (range 87–102%, n = 5), 93% for EDTA plasma (range 86–102%, n = 5), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 86–101%, n = 5). Linearity for serum was 85–100% at 1:2, 89–104% at 1:4, and 85–102% at 1:8; EDTA plasma 84–98%, 88–101%, 87–100%; heparin plasma 91–96%, 85–92%, 83–94%. GSK3 alpha participates in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, and its dysregulation is associated with cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease.
