Human Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta (GROb) ELISA Kit

GROb (CXCL2/MIP-2) is a CXC-family chemokine that drives neutrophil recruitment during inflammation, tissue injury, and tumour progression. The Assay Genie quantitation kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and recombinant human GROb standard needed to build a standard curve and read unknowns across a microplate format.

Sample materials compatible with the workflow include clarified cell lysates, tissue homogenates, conditioned media from cultured cells, and clarified patient-derived liquid specimens, giving broad flexibility across in vitro and translational research programmes. The chromogenic readout is generated by HRP-catalysed TMB conversion, with signal intensity read on a standard plate reader.
