Human Growth Hormone/GH ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Growth Hormone (GH) in research samples. GH is a key hormone involved in growth regulation, metabolism, and cell repair, and the kit supports studies of growth disorders, metabolic conditions, and aging-related research.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a measurable range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.

The assay workflow includes reagent preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, color development in the dark, and a stop reaction for immediate absorbance measurement. Assay Genie also provides linearity and recovery data across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples to support reliable performance.
