Granulin (GRN), also known as progranulin or PGRN, is a secreted cysteine-rich glycoprotein implicated in lysosomal homeostasis, neuroinflammation, and tissue repair. This chemiluminescence immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human GRN, supporting research into GRN haploinsufficiency-driven frontotemporal dementia, Alzheimer's-related biomarker discovery, and oncology studies where progranulin functions as a tumor-derived growth factor.

The assay uses a 20 µL sample per well and is supplied with all reagents required for a complete microplate run.
