Human GRK6 ELISA Kit (HUFI07831)

GRK6 (G protein-coupled receptor kinase 6) is a serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates activated G protein-coupled receptors, governing receptor desensitization and shaping downstream signaling cascades in cells of the immune and nervous systems. The Assay Genie ELISA kit provides a quantitative tool to measure GRK6 protein levels in human research samples, supporting laboratory investigations into GPCR pathway activity, lymphocyte chemotaxis, and conditions where aberrant kinase signaling has been implicated.

Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 Assays, configured for use with standard microplate readers.
