Human GRB10 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of GRB10 in human samples. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.

Reported linearity values are serum 86-105% at 1:2, 83-101% at 1:4, and 84-100% at 1:8; EDTA plasma 85-100%, 89-101%, and 86-99%; and heparin plasma 88-99%, 82-98%, and 80-89%. Recovery ranges are 86-103% (average 95%) for serum, 85-105% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 92%) for heparin plasma.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop reaction read at 450 nm. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. According to the manufacturer's literature, GRB10 is involved in signal transduction pathways regulating cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism, with dysregulation linked to cancer, diabetes, and obesity.
