The Human GRAP2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of GRB2-related adaptor protein 2, a hematopoietic adaptor also known as GADS that bridges the T-cell receptor to downstream signaling through binding to SLP-76. This in vitro immunoassay supports research use only workflows including signaling studies, immune cell activation assays, and investigations of T-cell receptor pathway dysregulation in lymphocyte populations. The assay produces an enzyme-based colorimetric endpoint read on a standard microplate reader, requires a 100 µL sample volume per well, and follows a small number of incubation and wash steps performed at room temperature. Reagent components should be stored frozen at -20 °C between uses to preserve antibody activity, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the stock capture antibody should be avoided. Each pack is supplied as a complete box containing a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant reference standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate solution, and stop reagent, supporting direct laboratory integration.
