Human Granzyme M ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the precise measurement of granzyme M levels in human biological samples. The colorimetric assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Granzyme M is a key immune-system protein involved in inducing cell death in target cells, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune responses in infections, autoimmune diseases, and cancer.

Validated linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 88–105% for serum (n=5), 87–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80–100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery ranges from 86–97% (average 91%) in serum, 87–105% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 91–102% (average 97%) in heparin plasma. The protocol uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Kits are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.
