Granzyme H (GZMH) is a chymotrypsin-like serine protease secreted by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells, where it contributes to antiviral defense and tumor immune surveillance. Researchers studying cytotoxic cell activity, viral infection models, or immunotherapy responses use this kit to quantify granzyme H concentrations in cell culture supernatant and human donor specimens. Each Assay Genie kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash buffer sufficient for one microtiter plate, with incubations performed at room temperature.
